The boulder rolls back.
You get stronger.

RankFit turns every logged set into rank progress. Watch your muscle heatmap fill as you train, see exactly where your volume is going, and climb nine Sisyphus tiers alongside the people you lift with.

Free during beta. No credit card. Your training data stays exportable.

What you get

A tracker that rewards the work you actually do.

Sisyphus Progression & Ranks

Nine tiers from Trainee to Sisyphus, each split into I–II–III. Your rank is computed from logged performance, so it moves when you get stronger — not when you open the app.

Interactive Muscle Heatmap

Front and back body maps fill in as you log. Tap a muscle to see the sets and exercises that hit it, and spot under-trained groups before they turn into a plateau.

Hypertrophy Analytics

Weekly sets per muscle, volume load, estimated 1RM trends and per-exercise history. See whether your overload is actually progressive, week over week.

Groups, Feed & Rivalries

Train in groups, credit sessions to your crew, react to friends' workouts and compare ranks. You control who sees what — every post has its own audience.

Why Sisyphus

Progress is a slope, not a finish line.

Most trackers celebrate streaks. RankFit tracks the thing that builds muscle: doing a little more than last time. Your rank rises with logged strength and volume, slips back when you stop pushing, and never rewards logging for the sake of logging.

  • ▲ Ranks are per domain, so a big squat can't hide a neglected back.
  • ▲ Sub-ranks I–III give you a visible win every few weeks.
  • ▲ Group sessions credit everyone who trained, not just the host.
"I stopped chasing streaks and started chasing the next sub-rank. My back finally caught up with my bench."

FAQ

Which devices does RankFit support?+

RankFit runs on iPhone and Android phones. The beta is distributed through TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play testing tracks (Android). Public store listings follow after the beta.

Is it free?+

Everything is free during the beta. If we introduce paid features later, we'll announce pricing in the app before anything changes, and logging your workouts and exporting your data will stay free.

How is my rank calculated?+

From the sets you log: load, reps and exercise, compared against strength and volume standards for each training domain. Bodyweight and sex are used, if you provide them, to make the standards fair. Ranks are a motivation tool, not a medical or fitness assessment.

Who can see my workouts?+

You choose. Each post to the feed has its own audience, and your profile and rank are only visible to people you allow. We never sell your data or use your workout logs for advertising.

Can I export or delete my data?+

Yes. You can export your full workout history from the app, and deleting your account removes your personal data from our live systems within 30 days. Details are in the .

I'm new to lifting. Is this for me?+

Yes. Everyone starts at Trainee. If you're new to resistance training, have a medical condition, or are returning from injury, talk to a doctor first and read our .
